Focus Pad Attack
Step Behind Side Kick (Perform 5 times with each foot beginning with left foot
Attack: Opposite side single wrist grab (Right hand grabbing right hand)
Release: Right front kick to the knee. Open the attacked hand while pressing slightly downward, then pull up and back (bending the elbow) while stepping backward with the right in fighting stance. Right front snap kick to the groin, and right palm strike to the nose.
Front Kick with the ball of the foot.
