Focus Pad Attack

  • Diagonal Kick - Step Behind Side Kick (Perform 5 times with each foot beginning with right foot)

  • Side Fist (Perform 5 time with each hand beginning with the left hand)

 

Self Defense

  • Attack: Tough guy two-handed collar grab (pull close and lift).

  • Release: Left-hand reach behind the head, palm head or grab hair and pull to turn head slightly, Place right palm on the chin so fingers are on the cheek (perform next motion slowly if practicing), twist hard sharply, counterclockwise then lower opponent while going down on right knee and right punch to open area.
