Where would be Animal Crossing Bells the Nintendo games? They needed to mention a game that's already released (Super Mario 3D World) simply to add padding to this Immediate. Skyward Sword is cool and all, but that is only one game so far this year, and it'll be a 60 port.
I just don't think about Mario Golf when I think of Nintendo. As far as first-party franchises go, I still think that one's pretty weak. I have not looked at earnings numbers, but I can not envision it retains a game against Zelda, mainline Mario, Mario Kart, or Animal Crossing.
Splatoon 3 isn't coming out in 2021. I'd have rather seen something else I can get excited about at this time.
Aside from that, I buy Nintendo consoles to the Nintendo games. Aside from Skyward Sword, I didn't observe any heavy-hitters from Nintendo.
Each of the matches I would be enthusiastic for I could get sooner, cheaper, and also in better quality (Outer Wilds) or I'd otherwise be interested in getting (SS, Mario Golf) should not be $60 IMO.
Ever since I got a PS5 I haven't really touched my change because why would I spend $60 on a 10-15 hour game when I could pay $10/month for PS Plus and get 3 fresh really good games a month plus the PS Plus set which is all AAA Buy Nook Miles Ticket at no cost. It just doesn't make sense from a consumer standpoint
